BUTTERWORTH: The family of Moey Yun Peng, who was killed when his vehicle plunged into the sea following a road accident on Penang Bridge, has accepted his death as fate and want to move on with life.
A woman, who declined to be identified, said they believed Moey, 20, had lived a good life for the past 20 years.
