CAMERON HIGHLANDS: Malaysians who report instances of abuse or corruption to NGOs serving as observers for the parliamentary by-election here should furnish details rather than just giving a screen capture or photograph.
Most of the screencaps or images sent to Malaysia Corruption Watch (MCW) were actually forwarded from other social media users, with no details to back them up, said its president Jais Abdul Karim.
