Marine police seize fireworks worth RM2mil

No more spark: Mohd Khalil and his fellow officer showing the seized fireworks to the media during a press conference at the marine police Southern Region Two headquarters in Johor Baru.

JOHOR BARU: The marine police have seized fireworks worth more than RM2mil for the New Year celebration here.

State police chief Comm Datuk Mohd Khalil Kader Mohd said following a tip-off, marine police raided a house in Taman Pulai Bayu near Iskandar Puteri at around 4.15pm on Monday.
