KUALA LUMPUR: The former chief executive officer of TH Heavy Engineering Bhd has been ordered to enter his defence to four counts of involvement in money-laundering and five counts of criminal breach of trust (CBT).
Sessions Court judge Madihah Harullah made the order after she ruled that the prosecution proved a prima facie case against Datuk Nor Badli Munawir Mohamad Alias Latfi on Wednesday (Dec 12).
