PETALING JAYA: FGV Holdings Bhd has filed a suit against its former chairman, Tan Sri Mohd Isa Abdul Samad, and former group president and chief executive officer, Datuk Mohd Emir Mavani Abdullah, in relation to the purchase of two luxury condominiums near the KLCC.

The company said that the units were purchased at prices significantly above market value and without proper due diligence. It also contended the duo had unauthorised use and possession of the two condominiums.
