Report lodged over doctored pic

BUTTERWORTH: Bagan MCA division has lodged a report with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) over a superimposed picture with slanderous remarks on MCA-linked institutions of higher learning.

Its chairman Dr Tan Chuan Hong said his face had been “replaced” with a picture of a Sikh in a turban.
