Hit-and-run figures don’t reflect grief over lives lost

KUALA LUMPUR: There were three fatalities out of the 36 hit-and-run cases recorded in the capital city so far this year.

But numbers do not show the unspeakable grief of those who lost their loved ones in such a manner.
