Loke: AES summonses would have gone to concessionaires

PUTRAJAYA: The RM435mil in unpaid Automated Enforcement System (AES) summonses would not have benefitted the government because the money would have gone to two concessionaires, says Anthony Loke (pic).

The Transport Minister pointed out that the agreement between the previous government with the concessionaires was one-sided and favoured the companies.
