MUAR (Bernama): A former company manager pleaded not guilty in the Sessions Court here on Thursday (July 26) to 40 counts of improper use of the network service by initiating the transmission of 40 obscene images of his former girlfriend.
Richard Gan Hong Tiong, 53, was charged with knowingly transmitting the obscene images of the 28-year-old clerk through Twitter with the intention of annoying the woman.
