Growing concerns over the power of 'advice' given by Daim-led CEP

PETALING JAYA: The Pakatan Harapan coalition and the business community are keeping a close eye on the Council of Eminent Persons (CEP), which is led by Tun Daim Zainuddin (pic), as anxiety builds over the power of this "advisory council".

According to a report by The Straits Times on Tuesday (July 24), meetings with the 80-year-old and his CEP team are as highly sought after as briefings from the Finance and Economic Affairs ministries.
