KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz was reportedly spotted in a black BMW and allowed to drive up to Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s house at Taman Duta on Thursday.

However as the car was heavily tinted, only the policeman who allowed the car in saw who was in the vehicle.

He later told reporters that the man in the back seat was the former Tourism and Culture Minister.

Another car, allegedly driven by Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor’s secretary, was also seen going into the premises.

Reporters have been swarming around every car that was seen going in and out of the road leading up to the former premier's house, including a few neighbours who happen to be going about their daily business.

Police are believed to be still combing through the former prime minister’s house since Wednesday night (May 16).

Najib’s lawyer Datuk Harpal Singh Grewal told the media at 4am on Thursday that police had searched the former premier’s house in Taman Duta.

“No documents were taken, nothing of note, only personal possessions including bags,” said Harpal.

No charges were mentioned, although Harpal believes that it could be under the Anti Money Laundering Act.

Earlier, Bukit Aman Commercial Crime Investigations Department director Comm Datuk Seri Amar Singh confirmed that police searched five premises belonging to or connected to the former prime minister.

These are believed to be his house in Taman Duta, Sri Perdana, two locations at Pavillion KL and the Prime Minister’s Office.
