KOTA KINABALU: The High Court here on Tuesday (May 8) dismissed an application to reject Parti Warisan Sabah president Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal's nomination as candidate for GE14.
Semporna Umno committee member Datuk Mohd Ainal Fattah had filed an application for judicial review on April 17 to compel the former rural and regional development minister to return funds related to rural projects in Sabah.
