Chua is Gerakan’s pick for Bachang seat

MELAKA: State Gerakan chairman Datuk Chua Lian Chye has been named as the party’s candidate for the Bachang state seat in the coming general election.

Party president Datuk Seri Mah Siew Keong said Barisan Nasional would be able to recapture the seat from DAP if Chua was fielded there as he had served the constituency tirelessly despite losing in the 2013 general election.
