BUTTERWORTH: Traffic on the Penang Bridge has slowed to a crawl following an accident involving a tipper truck at KM1.0 heading towards the island.
Although the tipper truck, which collided with the bridge's barrier at 3.30am on Tuesday, has been cleared out of the path, traffic is still slow moving on the bridge.
