Kelana Jaya LRT station to resume operations on Monday morning


Prasarana will utilise the PDP concept for its upcoming LRT 3 project.

PETALING JAYA: The Kelana Jaya LRT station will fully re-open on Monday (March 5) morning at 6am.

In a statement released on Sunday, Rapid KL said that the majority of the repair work was completed at 6pm the same day.

"The strong winds during the incident damaged part of the station's roof. The station was temporarily closed to allowed repair and clean up work to commence.

"Remaining repair work on the tracks will resume in the next few days after operation hours.

On Saturday the Kelana Jaya LRT station was closed temporarily for security reasons following heavy rain and strong winds.

The bad weather damaged portions of the station’s roof but no accidents or injuries were reported.
