GEORGE TOWN: The Penang government has instructed the state secretary to issue a letter to Consortium Zenith Construction Sdn Bhd (CZC) to explain the alleged RM22mil payout.

“We want to put everything officially, so the state exco has directed that a letter be sent to CZC about the payment because we are completely in the dark,” said Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng at a press conference at his office in Komtar on Friday (March 2).
