GEORGE TOWN: Large, unstable boulders uphill and profuse water seepage could have caused a smaller landslide three months before the disaster at a construction site in Tanjung Bungah that killed eleven people.
Chuan Un Chye (M) Sdn Bhd (CUC) project manager Tan Teng Fan said a consultant engineer informed him that there were four “possibilities” to the minor collapse on July 11 last year.
