Azwan Ali at MACC to submit documents over graft allegations against his brother


PUTRAJAYA: TV host Azwan Ali has arrived at the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) headquarters here to submit documents over claims of corruption allegedly involving his brother, Datuk Seri Azmin Ali.

Azwan, clad in black and in oversized sunglasses, arrived at about 10am on Wednesday.

"I have been summoned by the MACC and I have lots of documents to submit.

"You just wait and see," he told the media briefly before heading inside the office.

Asked how many documents will be submitted, Azwan said "the thickness of the documents shows the seriousness in exposing the issue."

Azwan previously said he would assist Barisan Nasional in "taking down" Azmin, the Mentri Besar, in the coalition's efforts to take over Selangor in the 14th general election.

He had said he had "a million ideas to destroy" Azmin in Selangor and vowed to expose his brother's secrets "one by one".
