Duterte to chair APT leaders interface

MANILA: Philippines president Rodrigo Duterte (pic) will chair the Asean Plus Three (APT) Leaders' Interface with the East Asia Business Council (EABC) later Monday.

The APT comprises 10 Asean member countries plus China, Japan and South Korea.
