SIBU: The grandfather and uncle of a seven-year-old girl have been charged under the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017 with sexually assaulting the child.
The 53-year-old grandfather faces four charges under Section 14 of the Act for physical sexual assault on a child, which provides for a jail sentence of not more than 20 years and whipping upon conviction.
