Nancy: Mohd Isa still SPAD chairman

Status quo: Nancy said SPAD still functions despite Mohd Isa

KUALA LUMPUR: While the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Com-mission (MACC) insists that Tan Sri Mohd Isa Abdul Samad is a suspect in its investigations, a minister says his role as acting chairman of the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) remains unchanged.

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri said that according to the SPAD’s standard operating procedure on top management members, Mohd Isa is still the acting chairman and nothing has changed until his case is disposed.
