Derailed cargo train causes delays, route cancellations

On Twitter, KTM announced that the Kepong Sentral to Kuala Lumpur train service was cancelled while trains departing from Tanjung Malim will end their journeys at Sungai Buloh.

PETALING JAYA: A cargo train was derailed on the Kuala Lumpur-Simpang Batu line early Monday morning resulting in delays and cancelled routes.

"The KTM Komuter train service in both directions will see a 20 to 30 minute delay due to the derailment," Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTM) said on its Facebook page.
