PETALING JAYA: Reeling from recent sexual assault and robbery cases involving their drivers, e-hailing companies are going all out to do damage control.

Grab and its rival Uber have come under fire recently for a string of incidents – a single mother of two was allegedly raped by a Grab dri­ver in Seri Kembangan, while a Vietnamese woman was allegedly molested by an Uber driver in Penang.
