PETALING JAYA: A panic button in e-hailing apps is a step in the right direction towards ensuring better safety for passengers, women’s rights activists said.
The Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) announced that all e-hailing operators in Malaysia will be required to install a panic or SOS button on their apps soon.
