KUCHING: Sacked Pujut assemblyman Dr Ting Tiong Choon has admitted that he did not return home from Australia under the Talent Corporation Malaysia's (TalentCorp) Returning Expert Programme (REP), although he applied for it.
He said he obtained conditional approval from TalentCorp, which included requiring him to register with the Malaysian Medical Council and to find employment in Sarawak.
