Official-looking document hand-delivered to embassy

KUALA LUMPUR: The North Korean Embassy in Malaysia has received a hand-delivered document, with a stamp from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs spotted on the envelope.

A man, in casual clothes, sent the document over and was received by the embassy’s officials.
