JOHOR BARU: Convicted serial rapist Selva Kumar Subbiah has allowed the police to closely monitor his movements, said Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar.

Khalid said the police had also recorded statements from Selva Kumar upon his arrival at the KL International Airport on Tuesday.
