KUALA LUMPUR: A former chief executive officer, who is seeking protection as a whistleblower, has failed to reach a settlement with his ex-employer over his lawsuit against the company.
Dr Syed Omar Syed Agil, 56, wants protection for allegedly exposing the financial improprieties of his former colleagues.
