Double whammy takes toll on fishermen

PETALING JAYA: Fishermen are facing the double whammy of a poor economy and bad weather conditions.

Sungai Besar Fishermen Assoc­iation secretary Ji Wei Chen said while the prices of fish had risen, the poor economy and high waves had taken a toll on them.
