SUNGAI PETANI: Newspaper vendor R. Anjutham was beaming with pride and joy as her eldest daughter S. Sivamaghesvari collected her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree scroll at AIMST University’s convocation ceremony.

Anjutham, 47, said her 26-year-old daughter expressed a wish to be a doctor when she was five years old.
