Noh surprised to be back in Cabinet after 2013 elections

SHAH ALAM: Tan Sri Noh Omar was clearly surprised to learn that he was back in the Cabinet from which he was dropped after the 2013 general election.

The new Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Minister said he was thankful for his reappointment, saying that it showed that any member’s loyalty and contribution to the party would not go to waste.
