KUALA KANGSAR: The Election Commission expects a 75% voter turnout in the Kuala Kangsar and Sungai Besar by-elections on Saturday, a lower estimate compared to the 13th General Election.
Its chairman, Datuk Seri Mohd Hashim Abdullah, said the expected lower turnout was due to voters who are unable to return to cast their ballots.
