KUALA KANGSAR: The Prime Minister has announced that the Sultan Azlan Shah Islamic University College (KUISAS) here has been upgraded with immediate effect and will now be known as Universiti Sultan Azlan Shah Malaysia (USAS).
Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said that upgrading KUISAS into a full-fledged university was a promise made by Barisan during the 13th general election.
