KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu (pic) has rubbished calls for him to step down from his current post as the country's Special Envoy to India and South Asia on Infrastructure.
"If I retire, I will take my head out and throw it. Got brain, understand?" he said while pointing to his head.
