KEMAMAN: At least 20% of the East Coast Expressway 2 (LPT2) needs attention because certain stretches have been found to be bumpy while others are susceptible to ponding when there is a heavy downpour.
According to police statistics, ponding – the result of rain water taking a long time to drain – had caused 72 accidents since early this year.
