Opposition proposes 'first right of refusal' in exchange for not raising toll prices

PETALING JAYA: The Opposition has proposed that the Government offer priorities or "first right of refusal" to highway concessionaires as an exchange for not raising toll prices.

PKR vice-president Rafizi Ramli (pic) claimed this could be done as the concessionaires may participate in future highway projects, without them having to worry about dwindling profits.
