KUALA LUMPUR: The family of Ahmad Sarbaini Mohamed (pic), the Selangor Customs assistant director who was found dead while in the custody of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) in 2011, lost their civil suit against MACC and eight others for negligence and misfeasance of public office.
His widow Masiah @Maziah Manap had testified that her family decided to sue MACC and the others to know the reason for his death.
