PETALING JAYA: Documented foreign workers should not pay too much for public hospital services because their employers pay a levy to the Government, the Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF) said.
MEF executive director Datuk Shamsuddin Bardan said making foreigners pay RM23 for outpatient treatment, RM78 for specialist treatment and emergencies, and more for inpatient was too high considering the annual levies paid.
