SHAH ALAM: A businessman pleaded not guilty at the Sessions Court here to imposing the Goods and Services Tax (GST) a week before its implementation in April.
Datuk Wong Goang Ching, 51, was charged yesterday with six counts under Section 183 (1) of the GST Act 2014 for imposing the tax before April 1.
