PAS’ hudud must be in line with Constitution, says Jamil Khir

KUALA LUMPUR: The implementation of PAS’ hudud in Kelantan should be consistent with the Federal Constitution and must not be imposed on non-Muslims.

“The implementation of Islamic laws must be carried out in a proper (teratur) manner according to the framework of the Federal Constitution,” said Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom (pic) in a written parliamentary reply on Thursday.
