Stop asking when hudud will be applied, PAS’ ranks told

PETALING JAYA: A Kelantan PAS delegate advised members to stop asking when the Islamist party would implement hudud (Islamic penal code) now that the party was part of the ruling Perikatan Nasional government.

“Ask not when hudud will be implemented. Ask what needs to be done now,” said Kelantan delegate Datuk Hassan Mahmood in debating the president’s policy speech at the party’s 66th muktamar.
