KUALA LUMPUR: A businessman suffering from heart problems is hoping that a MyKid identity card will be issued to his son before the boy turns five so he can have a better life in Malaysia.
"I want him to be able to study at a government school and have a bright future," said Lim Jen Hsian, 38, who applied for a judicial review on the National Registration Department's (NRD) decision rejecting his son's citizenship application.
