Nudist romp accused’s request for charge review still pending

BALIK PULAU: A letter of representation asking the prosecution to review the charge against four people for allegedly taking part in a nudist sports game here last year is still being considered by the Attorney-General’s Chambers.

DPP Edward Chan told magistrate Nurul Rashidah Mohd Akit that the prosecution had received the letter and asked for a new date.
