KUALA LUMPUR: The Rakan Muda programme, which was established in the 1990s, is being rebranded with a new focus on creativity and highlighting the talents of young people.
Youth and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin said the move would attract more youth as there would be more opportunities for them to contribute and realise their ideas for the society and the nation's development.
