Bank manager nabbed in drug bust

GEORGE TOWN: A 38-year-old female bank manager was among six people arrested during a bust at a drug lab in Gelugor, which also saw the seizure of RM500,000 worth of narcotics and a Luger pistol.

Besides the 9mm-calibre pistol, police found a fully loaded magazine and a box of ammunition, which they believe belonged to a member of the drug producing and trafficking syndicate, and four cars worth about RM155,000.
