Zainal Rahim Seman appointed new Mampu D-G

PUTRAJAYA: The deputy director-general of the Public Service Department (Operations), Datuk Seri Zainal Rahim Seman, has been appointed as the new Director-General of the Malaysian Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit (Mampu) effective Jan 9.

The Chief Secretary to the Government, Tan Sri Dr Ali Hamsa said in a statement Monday that Zainal Rahim, 57, succeeded Datuk Wira Omar Kaseh who went on mandatory retirement.
