Cops crush three attempts to smuggle RM5.7mil worth of drugs

KUALA LUMPUR: The Bukit Aman Narcotics Crime Investigation Department (NCID) had crushed three attempts to smuggle in RM5.7mil worth of drugs between Dec 13 and Dec 16.

Deputy Inspector General of Police Datuk Seri Noor Rashid Ibrahim said NCID officers intercepted an attempt to smuggle in 20.2kg of syabu via the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) at about 8.40pm on Dec 13.
