TUMPAT: The police have urged political parties to apply for permits for talks in advance so they can mobilise its personnel effectively during the run-up to the Pengkalan Kubor by-election.
Kelantan crime prevention and community safety department head ACP Dahlan Mohd Noor said this was necessary as political talks held in the vicinity of roads disrupted traffic.
