GEORGE TOWN: Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N. Rayer (pic) was released by the police at about 7am Tuesday.
Rayer who is also the Seri Delima Penang Voluntary Patrol (PPS) chief was detained on Monday when he went to northeast district police headquarters to handle the release of PPS members who were arrested after Penang state level National Day Parade.
