YONG PENG: The new toll at the CIQ complex should be included to the proposed levy for foreign-registered vehicles entering Malaysia via Johor as a one-off fee, said MCA deputy president Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong.
Dr Wee, who is also Johor MCA chairman, said the state leadership had discussed the matter and came up with the suggestion during a meeting here yesterday.
